It's interesting that you clicked on this page. Not a lot of people do. I sometimes do when I'm on a new website because I'm a curious little bugger. But, enough chit chat, let's get into it.
What personal data we collect:
Not a lot because we're disinterested and have a lot going on. BUT, I will say, for legal purposes that when a user submits a contact form, they are giving consent for their data to be stored indefinitely (unless requested otherwise). The collected data may be used in communications (such as email), for services (such as creating estimates and invoices), or may be added to Whitefox’s contact list (for future communication from Whitefox Design). Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected will not be shared with a third party without the users explicit consent.
What rights you have over your data:
If you have submitted a form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. If we can find it in our heaps of junk, we'll send it to you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, although that exudes Karen energy. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
